They charge $25 extra charge for one hour early check in, It’s first hotel I know to do this for 20-30 hotel I been check in per year, they don’t give you credit for check out early of course,

It's noticeable that our early check-in fee caused you some dissatisfaction, and we regret your displeasure. Our check-in time is at 3pm. However, if your room has been cleaned and is available, we're happy to check you in early. Usually, there's an early check-in fee before 3pm. This is because additional time and effort are put in by our team to accommodate early check-ins, so an extra charge is applied. Our fee also aligns with many other hotels in the area and the US. While guests can check out at any time after checking in, sadly, we are not able to offer any discounts for checking out early. It's unfortunate that you did not experience the usual level of satisfaction that other guests have with their stays with us. We arrived an hour before check in, so we took the chance to be able to check in rather than have to leave and come back. The receptionist said no problem you can check in but it's gonna cost you $25, I could understand this if the block we were staying in was still being cleaned but hit wasn't. Paid the fee and when we got to the room we notice the wi-fi was not working. Back up to front desk for assistance and basically given a phone number to call. Tried that he couldn't help and said he would call back, waited for over an hour still no call. Back up to reception and only after I pushed back did she agree to call the tech company. 3 hour later and after spending 30mins on the phone with their tech support did it finally work. If you need reliable wi-fi for business, children you might want to look elsewhere. You would have thought they would have waived the early $25 check in after all that, but no $$$ more important than guest satisfaction.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the Wi-Fi issue you encountered upon arrival, and it's regrettable to learn that the service you received in relation to your concern wasn't up to par. Providing attentive and responsive service is our top priority, and we assure you that we will address this with our reception staff and see to it that this is taken as a learning opportunity. Our Wi-Fi tends to be pretty good, however due to unforeseen service interruption from our internet provider we did have network issues. This is a rare event that was out of our control. It's unfortunate we failed to meet your expectations on this visit. The hotel is very clean, quiet and well kept. There are transpatent acrylic panels installed on the outside walkway blocking noises from the parking lot or street. The only disappointment is they do not provide airport shuttle services which I have to pay extra for taxi services to and fro SFO airport.

They advertise on Expedia that they have airport shuttle service. When I arrived they told me that the service has not been operational for a while. Had to pay $20 to get from hotel to airport. The hotel should have made concessions for not delivering on what they advertised on Expedia.

Our hotel is conveniently located just 3 miles from San Francisco International Airport, and guests can avail themselves of a Taxi, Uber, or Lyft to get to and from our property, as these services are readily available at the airport and the hotel. We try our best to ensure that all information pertaining to our property is accurate and up-to-date on our brand website and third-party booking sites; however, we don't have much control over the contents of third-party sites. Convenient and comfortable stay close to SFO. I felt safe here because of the secured entrance with use of your key card to get access to the rooms. Never seen this kind of security.

Great value
This is a nice little motel-style hotel. Quick check-in for our one night stay. The room was clean, the A/C nice and cold, and a nicely functional bathroom. The mattress was super comfortable. I meant to check the brand since I’m in the market for a new one, but forgot. Also a decent breakfast, which is nice considering the low price of the room. Would stay here again.

The room itself was very clean with a very nice bathroom. But it is really just a converted motel with rooms around a large parking lot and the dining options are extremely limited, mainly frozen burritos or cuppa soup, which can be heated in the microwave and there were only a couple of restaurants which are a relatively long walk away in what appears to be a light industrial area. One problem with my room was the coffee maker, a real necessity in the morning, did not work, and it took two staff on two separate occasions to come in and try and fix it, and once “fixed “overflowed. The staff was nice enough to bring me a cup of coffee. On the positive side, the staff were all very nice and made sure the taxi I requested was there on time. There is also a nice breakfast that starts at 6:30 but you better be there really early it goes pretty fast.

We regret the inconvenience caused due to the issue you experienced with the coffee maker in your room. We can assure you that the coffee maker has now been fixed and thoroughly checked by our maintenance team. We do appreciate that you have acknowledged the service provided by our staff in relation to your concern, and we hope you enjoyed the cup of coffee. Regarding the dining options, we value your feedback and will keep your comments in mind as we are constantly working on improving our product/service for the betterment of the guest experience. As for the location, our guests usually love our convenient location as it offers easy access to the 101 Bayshore Freeway, Interstate 280, BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), and Caltrain for time-saving commuting to San Francisco or Silicon Valley and is close to the airport, too. Furthermore, our hotel is ideally situated in a walkable city with restaurants, fast food, shopping, and golf courses. It's unfortunate that our great location did not particularly appeal to you.
