The hotel is well located.The decoration of the hotel and the room is beautiful. We had the romantic room with a huge shower and ocean view. The hotel is super clean and smell good. The bed was probably the most comfy that I had in my entire trip. Thank you !

Hooray for Partenope Relais.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was a good size, we had a sea view room with a small balcony. We were close to Cafes, restaurants and the supermarket. We saw what we came to see, Pompeii and a tour of the Amalfi Coast, which we enjoyed.

The front desk personnel were very helpful. The bed and pillow 5 stars. But the room itself had sticky floors, the bathroom was in need of repairs and the roof was dark and tacky. The comfortable bed, surroundings and front desk personnel made up for it.

Worst experience that is not accurately represented on Expedia: - Shower Location: In the bedroom, in front of the bed with no door, causing a stale water smell. - Room Conditions: Uninhabitable, leftover cigarette butts, no air conditioning, strange odor. - Stay Duration: Left within 30 minutes and booked another hotel. - Hotel Representation: Not accurately represented on Expedia or on the hotel’s website. - Hotel Details: Only one floor of rooms (elevator to one floor up), very small lobby (around 25 sq ft). - Customer Service: Nonexistent.

The hotel has a main lobby and only 1 floor for the rooms. There was ultra loud construction taking place at night during our stay. We didn’t get any sleep. One of the rooms we were offered smelled like fried food. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us since we couldn’t handle the smell. They stated the restaurants near by, was the cause for the smell. This was definitely the reason, but we didn’t want our belongings or the bed we slept in to smell like fried food. Again, the staff was kind, but this was not a place I would ever recommend or would return to. In fact, Naples felt unsafe and we were forced to pay high rates for cab fair back and forth from our hotel. It was not a pleasant experience and would never come back.

ABSOLUTE HORROR! Bed Bugs bit me all night. Didn’t realize what it was until the next morning. Took pictures of the bugs and my blood, showed staff. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. There was something beeping in the hall. The management hasn’t even bothered to reach out after 4 days since I checked out. Unbelievable. Save Yourself.

We were lucky to have a large room - executive suite in building 4. However, being on the main road with very poor windows for soundproofing, it was almost impossible to sleep. The traffic is incessant all through the night. The room was adequate though - very big bathroom. Loads of products but no shower gel. Breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant was ok - cold outside though, and the quality of some items was low (many pastries felt a bit stale, boiled egg was extremely over done) but others were “ok”. Considering the restaurant promotes itself to the guests for dinner (with a discount), they should consider a better breakfast to give a good impression for the quality of the rest of their service. Hotel is tiny itself - reception area is tiny. I think other rooms are also quite small as heard guests complaining. Staff were not all that courteous to those people, but for us they were helpful enough. Good location for Naples water front. You can reach line 6 of the metro with a 10 min walk. Walked past some rooms in the hotel being cleaned and saw these famous hot tub corner baths in the middle of the room - they looked like a hindrance not a feature. Really odd! Overall, take ear plugs and book a room upgrade and you’ll have a decent enough location in a safe and clean part of the city.

Excellent staff they are all helpful and very responsive even the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant he is extremely courteous. Great service! The only thing was the fridge is not too cold and the lighting can be a little warmer than led bright light. Even the last request to get taxi was up to the expectation. Thank you Partenope Relais. I will come back to Naples I love the city everyone is very nice and has their personality.

Beware if the rooms facing the busy street behind the hotel, very noisy traffic, hinking, etc. The room was large but pretty dated with black colour decor. No coffee in room or near hotel at all.

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.
