"The breakfast menu was fresh but very repetitious. Should at least change it up a bit for week ends. Rooms are dated. Need to refresh, get rid of carpet. Air conditioning was so so. Rooms are dark and since the window overlooks the walking area couldn't leave curtains open. I ould not stay there again under the current conditions."

"We had a very pleasant stay! My rating is always driven by sleep quality which for me is key and it was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the location is super quiet. Bedrooms face the back. Location is excellent with access to beach and walkable into town for meals. Lots of cool beach cottage vibes to the place and while we didn’t take advantage there looked to be tons of beach equipment available. Host is super responsive and friendly. "
