"apartment was clean and quiet, location was perfect for me. Bob was responsive to questions. Parking is tough if you have a big SUV but it was fine. A heads up, the access to the beach trail for walking and biking is closed at the end of the street but it didn't bother me, I went to San Onofre to surf every day. "
