Hotel was very clean, and the staff upon arrival was excellent. We were on a family trip with a grandkid and a grandbaby. The A/c was not cooling after 1 a.m. We stuck it out as not to wake the grandbaby and our airflight was at 6:15 a.m. When asked how our stay was from the young lady in the morning, i explained and she had a remark of im sorry to hear that and have a good day. She had a sweater as it was freezing in the lobby. I work in the construction industry and you cater to your clients as they are how you receive a paycheck. There were no wash rags. They have us hand towels to wash with. And there was 4 of us in the room. It only had 2 sets in it.

Hotel is old and dirty. Needs renovation. Needs new carpet. The tv sits away from your peripheral view. Sofas have stains. I was tip toeing everywhere. The lobby smells moldy and musky especially in the second floor as you wait for the elevator. Won’t come back. But the people were nice and attentive. Customer service is 5 stars.
