Bed and Breakfast in Salem

"They threw me out. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened there. Apparently the front desk wasn’t able to operate the credit card machine to place a hold on my credit card. I was asked to leave very disappointed in your services."

"We didn't eat at the hotel, but the staff were very nice, the room was clean, and parking was easy. "

"No housekeeping if your stay is more than 2 days. Dirty Towels in hallway and trash from rooms left in hallway. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Had to go to front desk to request towels and TP. Elevator floor was not cleaned in the five days we stayed there. OK for one night and convenient to 93. Would not stay there again for a lengthy stay. Breakfast was acceptable."

"I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why I think is why I give it an excellent review."

"Good location with excellent beds . Good cleanliness but common areas are a bit dated."
