"This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri"

"We stayed for a show at Bernie’s; Blue Chill was the perfect location for us to walk to the beach, the show, and everything else. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. The back deck was very relaxing, great sunset spot. Highly recommend, and the hosts were very responsive."

The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!"

"Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street."

"the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however."

"The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍."

"Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!"

"A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental...

The location is close to many of our favorite places to visit. We went to Ogunquit, Wells, Kittery and enjoyed many wonderful family moments. "The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc"
