"The property fit just right for use and what we needed, could use a few curtains in the small windows in bedroom up stairs just for light blocking and some tlc in some spots but overall no real issues "

"Our stay was good overall. The updated kitchens and bathrooms were nice. The place is comfortable on the 2 levels that we used. The bedrooms are good too, but there is almost no closet space! We were there for a wedding so we had dressy clothes!The kitchen utensils etc were good, but we were accused of breaking a coffee pot that we DID NOT break! Also there was no wine opener.The outside is not so good. One front stair railing is very loose and therefore risky.The garage door is broken and ugly....

"The pics show a pool. No pool! It was obvious that there rehabbing. Also hot tub has leak and floor was soaked, and had soft spots which means it’s been leaking for some time. Broken picnic table, plastic chairs, really not set up for enjoying outdoor New England fall. Fire pit, but no wood! We drove up from Florida to bury my brother and my mom and we’re going to have a cookout after. When we saw that this place was not going to work, we moved it to my daughter’s place in Dracut. Bottom line...

"The home was absolutely beautiful. The host had everything anyone could have wanted. I truly felt at home there. I had lost my husband a little over a month ago. It was extremely hard on me. We had planned on going to Salem for Halloween this year, unfortunately he didn’t make it. So I took the trip myself with our 2 daughters and my best friend. I have found a lot of comfort and peace in the home. The neighbors were wonderful. The neighborhood was so quiet. The town was beautiful and the ocean...
