"The apartment was newly renovated and comfortable. The manager was responsive and accomodating. The location worked well for us. Having previously lived in MA we were familiar with the area. I would figure out a way to let people know it is on the 3rd floor before booking though because some people may have a problem with the stairs. There may have been a mention but I missed it somewhere."

"Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"It was small but perfect!! we were there only to sleep and shower. Loved having coffee pot and other kitchen stuff. We were so comfortable!!! I would choose the bnb over a hotel anyday!! loved having access to the washer and dryer as well. The people were so nice and welcoming, just a wonderful overall experience. Thank you for you quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend this property!!!"

"The stay was nice . Plenty of space and a gorgeous view of the river with a beautiful walking path. I recommend this place for anyone with a family or anyone who is trying to get away from the fast pace of life. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am looking forward to coming back here."

"The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two."

My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter...
