"Lovely place, well placed for Dotenbari (20min walk) and Osaka in general. 2 different tube lines within 10 mins walk msde for easy access to kyoto, Universal and Nara. The staff were extremely helpful. When our lugage arrived it was taken to our room waiting for us. When it was time to move on the desk staff arranged everything for us , very impressed with the professionalism. Lots of Cafes and convenience stores within a minutes walk. Bara, front desk staff member, was instrumental in helping us navigate Osaka and finding the best places to visit and eat!! Can’t talk him up enough, he was that great! "This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again. "
