"This is the type of hotel I want to keep a secret and all to myself. Or one that I would share only with my closest friends because once the secret gets out I’m afraid I won’t be able to book it again due to full occupancy. I only write this because the entire team has really earned it. I’ve been staying here now for years with my family. They are professional and extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The entire team there is this way. It’s like Disney everyone’s got an amazing attitude and the hotel extremely well maintained. The size of the rooms are more international. Meaning they are reasonably large and not like closets. There are also large windows with amazing views. This is extremely important especially since pictures these days can be so misleading and real estate so expensive in Japan. I’ve stayed in rooms that felt more like closets. Finally, the location. This is the exact type of location I love. Away from the bustle so you don’t feel as if you’re walking out into a mess of traffic and people but close enough that everything in Shibuya is within very reasonable walking distance. I’ve been coming to Tokyo for over 25 years and have been there easily over 20 times for business and personal purposes. Like I said, this is a hotel I would recommend to a very good friend who wanted to visit Tokyo. Enjoy!"

"Terrific location if you want to be close to the chaos of Shibuya but not in it. There were great little restaurants nearby and a grocery store directly across the street. Coffee shops don’t open early in Tokyu but the lobby cafe serves a great brew from 7am. We stayed 8 nights and appreciated having a kitchenette and washer/dryer."

"Convenient location (walkable to a lot & train/metro station with luggage), staff was great-helped us easily forward our luggage on to Kyoto. Rooms were very clean & efficient but more compact than expected-(though have heard Tokyo rooms are small, I don’t have any other hotel to compare to.) Seamless check-in process."

"The hotel is super clean and the service from the front desk was excellent. A highlight for us was the breakfast, which combines Japanese with western food. It was delicious and there’s plenty to choose from. Another highlight is the location of the hotel, which is near Shibuya but in a quieter street and next to the station. Highly recommended!"
