"Best of all is the location. Cross the street from parliament building, the room even has a nice view of the building. Super convenient with all attractions. Another highlight is definitely the complementary breakfast which has sausage and scrambled egg. Definitely above the average. Very clean and helpful staff. I with i brought my wallet for tips because they deserve it. The only downside i would say is the musty smell of the room. Unsure what it is, but the room has a smell!"

"The initial room that was assigned to me has a bathroom that really smelled awful. The room attendant agreed with me so I asked the front desk for a room change and they immediately moved me to a cleaner and pleasant smelling room. It left me with an impression that housekeeping doesn’t do a good job with their level of sanitation. But I like this hotel and I will still go back and stay in this hotel. I just hope they’ll improve in this area."

Katy welcomed us to the hotel and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and empathetic. You can truly tell that she cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. I would like to sincerely thank Katy for her kindness and for making our stay even more special. She is a very dedicated employee and a wonderful example of how guests should be treated. We truly appreciated everything she did for us!"

"Great, helpful and kind staff, with a cool vibe here. Incredibly clean for a hostile. The location is great, close to downtown activities and the parking garage. Room was comfy and the bathrooms cleaned regularly. Breakfast is good, with actual food like eggs and blueberries and granola and toast. Would stay again."
