"Incredible Japanese style hotel with western rooms. "

"Breakfast was ok. Staff in restaurant was ok but night staff on front desk was rude especially night manager Masttsamto was rude and not helpful."

"Didn’t eat breakfast.. It was very expensive. But the staff was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. Hot springs was the highlight of this stay. Spa feature is also very good.. But ran out of time for that . Will surely visit again for the hot springs especially. House keeping staff was also very nice and did a great job. "

"Wonderful hotel with so many useful amenities. The in house bakery was fun. We made use of the laundry and fitness room. Great location close to a number of temples. Nice sized room and very clean. Despite all the hustle and bustle we never were disturbed by any noise inside the room. "

"Everything went really well. The kiosk that they want you to check in at, you have to pay a tax and it didn’t take my debit card for some reason. You needed a card with a PIN. We tried 3 different people on our party, and none of our cards worked. So we were scrambling trying to find the tax money in yen. It wasn’t expensive, I just wasn’t prepared for it. I hadn’t gone to an ATM to get more yen."
