Koko hotel was our favorite hotel throughout our trip! I wish we stayed in Kyoto longer. Our room was spacious and it was close to shopping. The staff were nice and everything was convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel tucked away off the main street so very quiet!!! Staff was wonderful. If you forget any amenity like mouthwash, razor, etc., they had available free in lobby. Breakfast was good with new selection of items every morning. Only issue was the bed mattress was very firm! Certainly not a major issue but worth noting.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. However, the toilet was a bit of a nuisance. It had a persistent odor that refused to go away. Also, during my stay, the air conditioner started leaking water. The staff promptly fixed the issue and gave me a new room.

Great wee hotel, located away from the busy area but very easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast choices, and free drinks machine (hot and cold) all day, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were lovely. Everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Kyoto.

Wonderful hotel. They serve breakfast, have all the amenities, do luggage forwarding. The room was very comfy, staff very helpful. Loved the 24-hour beverage bar. Coin-operated washer/dryers worked well. Stay here!
