"Really lovely stay in this quiet little Oast House. We stayed in a round room, beautifully decorated with ensuite shower room. Tea and coffee and biscuits, TV in room. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space for clothes. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely, and everyone was so friendly. We also had an excellent roast dinner on the Sunday. Just a short walk into Rye, which was a bonus. Would totally recommend it, and we hope to stay there again. "

"Really lovely stay at Flackley Country house with our dog. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made a big fuss over our dog, even gave her breakfast!. Room was clean and spacious with lovely views. Perfect location. Gym was well equiped and the pool and sauna were delightful. Can't wait to return! "
