Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially as I have food intolerances. Free parking which is rare in Rye. Close to restaurants and pubs in Rye. We had a riverside room which is much quieter than streetside.

The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

The River Haven is in a great position by the river, and a short walk to the beautiful historical area of Rye. There is plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly, and breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice.

Amazing stay and perfect location

Hotel location is perfect next to the rover, hotel staff is welcoming, very good breakfast options, good size cozy rooms. Overall a good budget friendly stay.

A large, clean and comfortable room in close proximity to Rye town centre with ample parking. We only stayed for one night but if we return to Rye, which we may well do, then we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
