Staff was pleasant, close to beach, marinas,airfield lot of dining and shopping options. The rooms were nice super easy check in and out

For the price, this property is fine. Just be prepared for "bare bones". We did have a colony of small flies in our room, but other than that, it was OK.

I had a great stay no complaints!! Just minor things like the the tub wasn’t draining and it didn’t look like the bathroom was cleaned the best so makes me scared of the room lol but it was a nice one night stay!

The only thing wrong was our room was next to the highway. The walls are paper thin and could hear the next room and the room above.

It's a modest motel, you get what you pay for... wasn't the most updated nor clean, wasn't the most outdated and dirty either. Short drive to Hampton Beach and stores/eateries. We were there as a quick driving break from northern ME.
