This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Great location and a nice place with lots of space, rooms and amenities. The reason I took 1 star off was because the grill was a real mess and the downstairs bathroom has a bad odor.

Great Place

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a great place that has enough space for my big family but this was perfect. The game room was extra family space and allowed people to watch tv while other people could play games. Remember to bring your beach towels.

Fantastic Property

We had an amazing stay in this big, beautiful house. We rented it for 2 nights, the night before and night of our all day fishing trip. We had a big group and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great place to relax, with a short walk to the boardwalk for those that wanted to explore.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

The best...

When we rented this home a few years ago, we haven't been anywhere else since. This is THE best home for my family of nine. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean, quiet location, close to the beach and I can’t say enough about Micah, the owner. This is our all time favorite.

Great beach house

It was my families first time to Hampton beach and both the town and house were great. The house was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It was also on a quiet dead end street which was nice. The house itself had everything you need for a family getaway and is completely remodeled. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking to spend time in Hampton beach

Perfect getaway

This house was PERFECT for an extended family get-together. We were there on a lovely fall weekend -- the beachside location as fantastic, but also close to picture perfect New England towns for leaf viewing as well. Host was incredibly responsive, all information was detailed and accurage, and answered questions immediately. The space perfectly fit our needs -- a main bedroom on the first floor was ideal for my elderly mother, and the bedrooms upstairs were spaceous for the other adults and kids. The house is STOCKED with fun games to keep our teens/pre-teens occupied and having fun.

Great Trip

We stayed in this house 2 years ago, but didn’t book quickly enough to get in for 2022. There were some updates and improvements since our last stay. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and the bandstand than we prefer, but it’s worth it to get a clean and comfortable house. The kids love plying cornhole in the backyard and board games at the bar on the front porch.

Best house we have rented in HB!

This property checked off ALL of the boxes for my family. We had a total of eight adults, two small children (ages 4 and 5) and a couple visitors that came and gone. *Size and space is plenty *modern and clean *fully stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and more! *having linens, pillows and towels is excellent *having a working washer & dryer is excellent *location is perfect...quiet dead end street, plenty close to beach and action *it's a fun beautifully decorated warm and inviting home! *we have rented last Fall, this Labor Day and already booked it for next Labor Day!!!

Annual family beach vacation

Our family has been coming to HB for many years for a weekly stay and 4 years ago found this gem. When entering you realize the extra effort by owner to make it a place for his guests to feel comfortable with the thoughtful nautical and vintage decor, and to assure you have a fun time hanging out in the game room with video table, portable ping pong table, tv, bar and plenty of kid and adult games available to use. Last 3 years we've come here the place has been improved on each time in some way. Micah is open to feedback and has acted on suggestions. He responds in short time for any questions before and during stay. It is a short walk to beach, restaurants and miniature golf. We parked 4 cars, no problem. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Unique and amazing

We were all totally impressed with this beach house… we loved everything about it… it’s built for fun and comfort… had every thing we wanted in a vacation home…we would definitely go back again…the decor is so unique and different… never saw anything like it…loved it…we have been going to Hampton Beach for over 40 years and have stayed in many places and for the last 20 years in the same place… this by far is our very favorite.if I had to make a suggestion I would want a couple of shelves in the bathrooms and a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes on…and maybe room darkening shades… but in the scheme of things these are very minor things and they did not in any way have a negative effect on the amazing time we had in this outstanding place. Thank you so much to our gracious host who was so easy to communicate with and to work with.. and thank you for your creativity..Bev

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOUSE

This house exceeded all of our expectations. We were looking for a nicer home for our large family trip. We truly found it here! There was everything you can imagine in this house . It literally looks brand new. Whoever decorated did a phenomenal job! All the little details really make it look and feel like a beautiful beach home. Fully stocked kitchen, Game room, 2 bathrooms, and 5 gorgeous bdrms! Very clean as when you walk in it smells brand new and such a great location. Our adult kids loved the games and slot machine. The hosts even left them quarters to play. The walk to beach was literally like 5 minutes and all the shops, food, and bars were even closer. Our daughter loves the Green Room for healthy drinks which was literally at the end of road around the corner. The downstairs bedroom has a great tv with sound bar. The Bluetooth system was incredible. The hosts had notes and made sure we knew everything. Plenty of parking we had 4 cars and fit just fine. Be sure to read that the parking is on the right hand side of house and in front of house. The kids parked on left side but the host made sure to message us right away so we could fix that. We will definitely book here again. The hosts were beyond nice and very helpful. Do not think twice about renting here we loved it! Thanks again Micah!

Our family has stayed a week at a time the last few summers. Always very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortably appointed. Great vintage decor. Plenty of entertainment options in the house for the family on down times. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Us returning again next year speaks for itself. Great place!!

We stayed a week at Micah's place while visiting family in Hampton Beach. The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained. Micah was great at responding to questions quickly. We loved this place so much, we've already booked for next year!

The place to stay at Hampton Beach!

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again.
