Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. "Definitely not a one bedroom apartment. More like a studio with a wet room for a bathroom. Great location and facilities were both modern and all in good working order. A £350 hold is placed on your credit card upfront for any damages or incidentals, I thought this was slightly excessive! 55% discount on local parking was a bonus and 11am checkout at the weekend was also good."

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the perfect little base for visiting the nearby villages. The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional. Li the host waa great, welcoming and knowledgable avout the local area. Even provoded us woth a table when we asked. Would definately.recommend."

"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor.
