Breakfast offerings were disappointing for what one would expect at a Fairmont Hotel . The food was served cold on our first morning and because of that we chose to eat elsewhere for the remaining 4 days of our stay.
Our room on the first floor was small but comfortable and well serviced by housekeeping. Unfortunately our room was situated above a loading area, and our sleep
was disrupted late nights/ early mornings by trucks loading and unloading.

A lot of options for restaurants around, walking distance to the mall, Byward Market, the National Arts Centre, and Museum of Nature. The amenities and facilities are pretty bare though, and I think the AC controls in our room were broken leading to a chilly stay. However for the price and location, I think it's still a great choice."
