"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). "Perfectly situated, walk across tree lined street to one of the best cafes and brekkie spots or 3 houses away from a cool little farmers shop for provisions. The best restaurants are a short stroll away so no designated driver needed. Super clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. We will definitely be back!"
