"One of the best locations in Rome, very close to bus/train/tram stations which makes it very easy to go anywhere. Check in was smooth and Helena & Marco were pleasure to work with. We had to leave our luggage’s in the lobby for a few hours which was not a problem. Marco suggested us the best restaurants around the neighborhood and provided us a map. The room itself was just perfect for what we needed with a safe, refrigerator and air conditioning. We will definitely come back and stay at this property in the future."

"Excellent service and a very clean, comfortable room; value for money was average for a hotel of this category. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our Family Studio was a good size for a family, very clean and comfortable, with a crib provided in good condition. The A/C worked well, noise was low (some outside noise, nothing serious), and there is an elevator to the upper floors. A few things to be aware of: the room showed some signs of wear and felt a bit dated. Ours was on the first floor and quite dark — the only window was at the far inner end of the room, so it received little natural light. The breakfast buffet was decent for the price but not very extensive, so we had breakfast elsewhere the next day. The rooftop restaurant was good for dinner. The complimentary bottle of prosecco included with our Expedia booking wasn't provided at first, but the hotel corrected it after we flagged it. The room upgrade offered with the booking (subject to availability) was not available. The hotel is in the Piazza Ippolito Nievo area of Trastevere, about a 20-minute walk from the main sights and restaurants around Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, and the immediate surroundings are not particularly scenic. There is a tram stop very close by, though we didn't use it. For a hotel listed as 4-star, we found the value for money average. Best suited for travelers who prioritize service, cleanliness and space over ambiance and a central location."
