"the rooms were pretty standard, at least for the price but what we did enjoy was the wonderful activities the staff had for the kids. I liked how they had both an indoor and outdoor pool, we used both but preferred the outdoor one. I loved the convenience of the resort having indoor restaurants and snack bars which is very convenient. I will be booking my stay here next year. The staff were very friendly and organized."

I loved the option to valet so I did not have to worry about walking back and forth to the parking area, especially at night (I was traveling solo). Loved that the restaurant on site had great food options. The shops at the Island were literally steps away from the front door. So very convenient for me to get around everywhere I needed to be. The front desk and valet staff were very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We have stayed in Pigeon Forge many times at various places. This place was exceptionally clean and has a very beautiful atmosphere, especially when you are sitting outside in a rocking chair overlooking the gorgeous river. Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We had a balcony that overlooked the river and the mountains with a clear view of the Ferris wheel at the island. Both pools were very clean and fun to go into. The landscape is outstanding as well. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful hotel 100%!"
