"Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy"
"Really, it's an adequate place to stay if cost is a factor. It was cheaper than the La Quinta next door, but not by much, and I wish I'd gone to the other because I was hosting my nieces. If it was just myself, the cost would have been the main factor and the inconveniences wouldn't have mattered. The place came across as a bit shabby. Clean, but shabby."

"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downfall is the highway that it is on is super busy and it’s very difficult and unsafe to try to pull out. There are no stop lights close by to break up the traffic to make it safe to pull out.

"The house was perfect for our group of 5 who were in town for a friend’s birthday party 5 minutes away in Maryville. The check in process was super easy and the host was quick to reply when we had a question. We didn’t get too spend too much time on the property other than sleeping, but would have gladly spent some more time on their back porch if we could have!"
