"We loved the location. It was in the park but still close to restaurants and stores outside the park. The pizza restaurant at the lodge was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only disappointment was that there was no microwave in the room. "
"Beautiful location and very close to everything. Lodge is well kept and tries hard to do more for the environment too.
Our room was lovely, everything worked. It was unfortunately right next to the ice machine which you could hear constantly, but most rooms would avoid that.
There are options for eating (in park and in the nearest town). We brought our own breakfast options and saved quite a bit of money and got to eat it sat in the grounds watching elk, birds, chipmunks etc."
"Excellent accommodation just a few minutes from the Grand Canyon’s south entrance.
The room was spacious, well equipped with very comfortable beds, very good internet access and refreshments available all day.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
There were a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a couple of well stocked food shops.
My only criticism concerned the pool which was a little small for the number of users. However it was sparkling clean and there were a few sun beds and chairs and an abundance of nice pool towels.
It was a splendid 3 days stay."
"Great little set up with a very comfortable king bed. You can open up the screen vents and get a nice cool evening breeze through the tent
The only downside was the rough road in and out"
"It would be nice if the rooms were another foot wider and two feet longer for a family of three. Loved all the products-lotion, shampoo and conditioner-very nice"
