"Our first time to stay overnight inside Grand Canyon. We stayed for 2 nights for the Star Party experience. Perfect place to stay because it was very close to Parking lot #4. Also it so happen that our cabin is practically around the corner of the market. Downside is, if you're in your room, especially you have kids with you and want to watch TV, you are better off bringing your laptop to watch your favorite program. Otherwise, room, sheets & towels are clean. Staff at the check in desk are very helpful & nice. We would stay here again."
"We loved the convenience of this location. Everything you need is right within walking distance. It is very short walk to the Grand Canyon. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use any provided transportation but they did have many bus options. We look forward to staying again in the future."
Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at Grand Canyon by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Resort The Squire at the Grand Canyon! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Guillermo at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. The young man working in the family gift shop was also very friendly and welcoming. We would also like to recognize the bartender who worked on Friday and Saturday—she always had a smile on her face and made every interaction a pleasant one.
The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and a friendly atmosphere made this a memorable trip for our family. We had a really wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon!”"
"The hotel is a little outdated but it was perfect for what I needed. The real convenience is the free Purple shuttle into the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. It’s extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
"Very nice hotel. Front desk people were very helpful. Laundry facility was nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Quiet and close to very good Mexican restaurant with discount for staying at hotel. Highly recommend."
"Best place to experience the Grand Canyon… on the rim overlooking Bright Angel Trail, Kolb Studio and of course the Canyon!! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream and the Rim Trail. Right next door to the Hermit Bus pickup.
We go annually to the Canyon and always always stay in a Bright Angel Cabin….so quaint!"
