Very nice hotel and service

We had a pleasant stayed at the hotel.

Beautiful property with lovely staff!

Friendly staff, beautiful location and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed our stay

Excellently looked after Hotel with welcoming and attentive staff. Well kept but like a lot of Venice buildings nothing stunning to look at outside but inside a different story. Welcoming drink voucher given to have in their small bar. Venice not the best for negotiating with big bags! Walkable from St.Lucia station or water taxi possible at a cost. To get to St Marco Square is 30mins and pass Rialto Bridge on way if take right walking way! Lots of great museums to visit.

My family of four stayed in this hotel for one night. Large, spacious, warm room that was comfortable and fit for purpose. Easy , close Access from Venice Mestre train station and the FlixBus drop off. This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the middle of Venice, but want to go in easy. There’s an amazing focaccia and coffee cafe 50 m away. I highly recommend. Prices are great and the ladies Fantastic there. Fantastic staff but extra kudos for Fabio on the front desk. He was...

Hotel was antique in style but very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous

The accomodation was once a palace and had been beautifully restored and added to. The room was large with a fabulous marble bathroom , shower and powder room. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were welcomed with a bottle of frizzante wine and chocolates which was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and contour pillows were available on request. The complimentary breakfast was a standout and one of the best we have ever experienced. All in all a great choice for our stay in beautiful...

Great location in Venice, easy go around in both water and road transport means. Well maintained and the winner is the excellent breakfast option included in the room rate, which had a great variety to choose from. Staff is second to none, with special mention to Maria on the buffet breakfast who made our day every day. Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location and excellent breakfast made this hotel ideal to stay in Venice.

glorious luxury

We arrived late in the afternoon to the JW Marriot and were impressed immediately by the entrance. The service there was 1st class and it didnt drop at any stage. The staff at checkin were amazing, the porters were informative and polite and the room was INCREDIBLE. We were upgraded to a ocean front 2 level apartment with its own plunge pool. For 2 people it was huge and made the morning rush with 2 bathrooms a lot easier. Breakfast was terrific with the usual selection of foods and you...

Would be great if the hot breakfast menu was variety every day

Absolutely amazing with great room, staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend as this is one of best B&Bs on our trip so far.

Everything in this lovely little hotel oozes quality and charm. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms, fixtures and products are top quality as is the small but excellent breakfast buffet. Be warned though about the photos presented online.. You may not be booking the room you think you are.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Easy walk from train station and close to airport ferry stop. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. You can walk everywhere from here or get the water bus. Lots of shops and good restaurants right outside the hotel. Quiet at night. Best of all the room has a kettle for those of us who love our cuppa.
