"Excellent location and view. Noise is expected and part of living in the area. Staff were kind and courteous. There was a rush for breakfast even in mid March. Some.noise at night from the usuage of laundry machines in the floor. Loved my stay though"

"You cannot beat the location. Steps from Piazza San Marco, and a relatively short walk to Ponte de Rialto, and of course great restaurants and shopping all around. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was great - nicely updated and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have breakfast included, though I would likely eat out if I were to do it again as there are better options. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the smell, which is tough to get past. It wasn’t noticeable in the room, but once you stepped into the hallway, it was incredibly strong. If you can get past that, it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional location."

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Great location. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds. There is no lift in the building so please be aware of you have lots of luggage or struggle with mobility. "

"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night. We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels. If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"

"Excellent breakfast. Very clean with every necessary amenity and convenience. Our stay exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! So helpful and welcoming. Truly special. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!!"

"*In the morning (only stayed 1 night) found bed bug. Took video and showed employee. *Booked a family of 4, only 3 bath towels provided. So I went to the lobby, which was empty and was about to ask for another towel, when two groups of new customers arrived and tried to cut line, with the employees approval (after all, I already booked). Tired of this line cutting, I insisted that I be helped. *slight unpleasant smell permeated the hotel * Location was near St. Mark's which was a plus."

"I had to find a hotel in Venice with a workout room, specifically a spin bike, and this was one of the only affordable places. It wasn’t in the location I wanted but it turned out to be in a great spot. It was easy to get to from the airport (bus) and it was right next to a vaporetto stop, which took us either up the canal or straight to St. Marks Square. Breakfast was fabulous too, plus they had a nice onsite restaurant, which was handy because we arrived at dinner time and didn’t have the energy to go look for a place to eat. "
