I was there with my whole family 16 people…and really that is I gave you 3 start in customer service only. For the other side everybody was nice ! "

"The hotel was a great way to visit Venice, staying outside the city centre and keeping the prices down. The hotel was clean, efficient, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast and a nice garden area where we had a G&T when we were ready to go out in the evening or when we returned. There is a bus stop literally just across the road from the hotel which was easy to then get the bus into the city centre. I would stay here again."
