"we booked a superior triple room based on photos on this site. What we got was a very small room with a huge clawfoot tub raised up 5 inches in the room and it took up almost 1/3 of the room. The bathroom had a shower in it so there was no need for a tub. We had nowhere to put our 6 suitcases so on the tub they went. The closet was full of other stuff so no room in it. The tub was a trip hazard to go around it to the bathroom. The step up into the bathroom was way too high up and a trip hazard as well and one of us fell on it. No other room was available to move in. Nightstands were about 6 inches square and very little. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was spectacular."
