Our beautiful home is a luxurious single-family home perfect for your next family vacation. The spacious games room features an arcade, foosball, and basketball for hours of entertainment. Kids will love the bunk room with two bunk beds, while parents can enjoy the large master suite with a walk-in shower. Large kitchen and living room for entertaining. The unfinished basement includes a ping pong table for additional fun. Did we mentions it's just a short 9 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall!

Details:

The bunk bed room is perfect for children or extra guests, and there are two sets of them in the space.
In addition to the bunk beds, there is a double bed and
the queen master bed comes with a large master bath attached to it, providing guests with plenty of privacy and space.
The large sectional living room is perfect for lounging or watching TV, and can accommodate several guests at once.
The dining area can seat up to 10 guests, with a 6-person table and a 4-person kitchen island.
Complimentary coffee is provided for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The large kitchen is equipped with a gas range and stove, allowing guests to cook all the meals with a chef’s kiss!

All of these amenities are exclusive to the guests during their stay and they will have complete access to them. The space is completely private and will not be shared with anyone else during the guest's stay, providing maximum comfort and privacy.

Welcome to our home in West Edmonton! Our location is conveniently located near many attractions and amenities, making it easy for guests to explore the neighbourhood. Here's some information on how guests can get around during their stay:

Public Transportation:
There are several public transportation options available in the neighbourhood. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away from our home, and there are multiple bus routes that connect to various parts of the city.

Driving and Parking:
If guests have access to a car, there two stall parking on our driveway. (the garage is used for storage at this time and is unavailable).

No Parties. We will shut it down and be subject to $500 fine
