  • Great ocean-front location with ocean view to the north, El Yunque rain forest to the south, sunrise to the east and sunset to the west, 15 min. walk to the famed Luquillo kiosks to the east of the bldg. Ocean waves lull you to sleep as you enjoy the hammock on the balcony. Apartment on the second floor of the building, east side. AC in the bedrooms. Car hire a must. No direct beach access. Enter through the property to the west or a 5 min walk west thru the basketball court.

Lovely, lovely stay! Oceanfront but outside the fray. Apartment had everything we needed, tons of extras to fill in the gaps we forgot to pack (toiletries, bug spray, etc), plus coffee, beach gear, and easy parking. Loved having coffee on the balcony each morning watching the waves and watching lightning over the water at night. Great central location for El Yunque, Luquillo, Fajardo, and the Ceiba ferry and short drive to the Kiosks. Would absolutely book again.

Great sea view. Great location. Clean, well stocked. Responsive and nice host. Slightly old-ish feel and beds/couch/chairs could be more comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing waterfront condo. Private beach experience with a small beach right next door, plus larger beaches within walking distance. Enjoyed watching sunrise over the water from the balcony. Perfect spot for my family vacation. Well stocked eso with toiletries and essential kitchen items.

We loved staying here! Perfect peaceful and accessible location. Can still hear the ocean! The space had more than everything we needed. The porch was a perfect spot to enjoy the waves, the sunrise/sunset, and relax on the hammock. Having laundry access was extremely helpful for the active trip we had. The location was easy to get to El Yunque and there were restaurants/food kiosks within a 15-20 min walk or a short drive. If you're considering staying in Luquillo or this area of the island, we recommend staying here!

The balcony facing the ocean and the sounds of the waves in the morning give a tranquil feeling. Beach view at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking.

Had a great stay! If I had only one complaint it would be the couch ( very uncomfortable). But with the beautiful view it made up for it. Also it was ver nice having all the supplies provided! Thank you Maria! We will definitely stay again

Marie was the absolute best communicator, I mean stellar. And the apartment is so well appointed and has every thing you could need. Was amazed by that. And the porch looking out at the ocean is just so special. I absolutely loved this place and Marie. Can’t say enough good things about her. Would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat.

Great location

Wonderful having the beach right off the balcony for this price. Bedrooms were kept very cool and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics including a cooler and some water bottles for our day trips.Beaches, great view of the rainforest, plenty of dining options. Great tropical vacation

Marie’s place is super cute & has a great location with beautiful views. It’s a quiet, safe location. She provided all of the supplies you may need during your stay- beach items, towels, bug spray etc. She was very responsive with answers to questions & a great host. My best friend & I visited for my 40th birthday & my bestie surprised me with decorations in the condo which were done by Marie’s maintenance man, Robert. He did a wonderful job & it was so nice Marie was able to coordinate the setup between my bestie & Robert. Definitely stay here if you would like a peaceful visit with the ocean in your backyard.

Most well stocked rental ever!

The property was not only very clean but also so well stocked with anything you would need for a stay at the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed our evenings in the hammock and swing listening to the waves crash. I would highly recommend this place!

Property looks just as advertised. It had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. It is at a great location between the beach and the yunque rainforest, and near the luquillo kiosks. Marie answered all my questions in a timely manner and I had no issues in my 6 day stay.

Great location close to the beach and a well kept unit.

This VRBO is in walking distance to 3 beaches. It was clean, well stocked with supplies and had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. It is also close to the Rain Forest which is a must visit if you are staying on the east end of the island. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance and groceries stores are just a short drive away.I would definitely recommend staying there.

Loved it!

It's better than the photos, well-stocked and host was fabulous. We walked to beach, walked to kiosks, walked to dinner and just walked around the neighborhood. Everything you want at a VRBO. Enjoyable! Thank you!

It was awesome. The apartment had everything u can think of from bug spray to sun tan lotion, trash bags, utensils, everything. Spectacular ocean view and great location to visit el Yunque and Liquillo beach.

RELAXING BEACH FRONT LOCATION

Check in was very easy for this very clean property located in Luquillo. Marie answered all my questions promptly in addition to giving me tips on activities in the area. Very affordable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The area is safe and the gate makes it even more so. We walked the streets to get food and there was no issues at all. Plenty of parking for your car rental and lots of places to see within a short driving distance. Highly recommend.

Sisters trip

I did a sister trip! Host was very responsive and helpful when we needed to reach her. View was very beautiful. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. I really loved the balcony to drink my coffee in the morning just looking at the waves. Make sure to visit the kiosks de Luquillo( la Padilla)! Amazing food and drinks.
