"Very relaxed stay. Short walk from station or book a taxi for a small fee if you have luggage. Ruriko-in temple and Mt Hiei cable car station is very close with lots of hiking and walking trails. Dinner was very nice and staff were super friendly. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr Koichi and all staff for making our stay an enjoyable one."

This actual building is about 15 min away from the check-in spot and they give you plenty of reminder e-mails to ensure you know what to expect. Getting to the home was easy, and there were plenty of parking lots ard the corner (1000Yen for the day max, 300Yen max overnight). We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax.
