"I had a wonderful stay at Zermama! In all my travels, I’ve never chosen to dine at a hotel for my entire stay but the food here was so delicious, I couldn’t resist. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming, and the gentleman assisting during breakfast was exceptionally kind. I also enjoyed celebrating my honeymoon at your hote it made the experience even more special. I will definitely be back!"

"Great budget hotel just off the center of Zermatt. We had a nice (albeit tight) balcony with a glimpse of The Matterhorn. The room was clean but unfortunately no air conditioning and it was quite warm in the room. There’s a refrigerator which was very convenient. Stepping into the shower isn’t designed for short people which was a bit awkward. We had to check in at another hotel, but it was only steps away. Would stay here again for convenience and cleanliness."
