"We stayed close to Heathrow for an early flight. Perfect for us family of four. Comes with secure parking which was a massive plus. Kitchen well equipped for a long stay. Everything was clean. Beds were not the comfiest. But was ok for a night. "

While I thought the dining room and desk staff were great, I found lounge staff to dismissive. Twice I went to the lounge for a drink and a meal and both times left after 10 minutes of being ignored.."

The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel.
The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel.
