"Overall the building is a tad outdated. The pool that is listed as a heated pool is in fact a freezing cold pool. Staff was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, jetted tub was nice after you personally clean it. "

"Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted. That room was not as advertised. Lighting was also terrible. "

"Beautiful cottage that was so very clean, and beautifully decorated! We loved everything about it! We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and hands down this was the cleanest! The host was very responsive, and great to communicate before and after our stay! If we are in Michigan again, we will definitely stay here again. Plus, it was pet friendly, which was a perk!! Definitely 5 stars for this wonderful property!!"
