Noris the butler was great. Did everything we asked. Sea was disappointing as couldn’t swim in it as was polluted with algae & seaweed & small dead fish. Breakfast buffet was great as offered lots of choice. Secret pool was below standard as water level too low and couldn’t filter properly. Quality & of cocktails and service at this pool varied considerably. One barman was poor but others great.

I think this has been one of the best All Inclusive Hotels i've been in. The Staff was always so helpful, the person who cleaned our room, was so lovely. The hotel is really beautiful, we definitely had a great time there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
