"Hotel is very dated, room was in poor condition, lift sounded awful. Convenient location ad a bed for the night but that’s about it"

"A good three star hotel. Room was like a student dorm, but manageable for the one night I was there for. Water took ages to get hot. Location was perfect as I was working in Brunel uni. Parking was available and FREE which was a bonus."

"Large, comfortable rooms and quiet, beautiful area. There should be caffeinated coffee in the hotel room, or at least in the lobby. There were two little packets of instant decaf coffee, no microwave, and an electric kettle that didn't seem to be working. "

"Serverely lacking hotel. The beds in the room were good, comfy and clean. There was. Double bed and 2 singles in the room which would be good for families. However the bathroom was a horror show: light flickering when on, tap constantly dripping, no plug just a big hole for you to lose things down, broken door stopper lid on the floor, and the min highlight pubic hair all over a tile on the wall opposite the shower (discovered in the morning when the curtain was pulled back). The ceiling showed lots of signs of dom BK k spots as did all the grout. Standees for the hotel are low and it’s not maintained to an appropriate level even for 2-star hotel"

"The property is really nice but you can start to see its age. The bar and restaurant were great, friendly staff and good food. Under ground parking is very tight to don’t bring any big cars. Overall great stay."

"Easy to find and in a great location. Only downside was bathroom door didnt lock or close proprly nd the noise from passing traffic was quite loud. However, it was super clean, beds were comfy and staff were friendly. "
