Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Riu The Westminster in London. It was our first time staying at the hotel and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options. Location was great - close to grocery store and bus stops. Would stay here again!"

"Check in was appalling. We arrived early, checked in and then receieved the text to say we could collect our key on our phone but this couldn't be done so we had to check in again with all rhe guests arriving at 3pm which we tried to avoid by arriving early. Staff on the desk were neither sympathetic or very helpful. Having to book a time slot to use the pool meant we couldn't use it as we couldn't make it work time wise. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean and quiet all night but the check in process was a shambles"

"Our room was great for families with the additional sofa bed space for the kids. They're family friendly with activities and gifts for the kids in the rooms too. Housekeeping however could spend a bit more time and pay more attention as multiple times we had to request more towels as they had been removed during housekeeping service but not replaced"
