"There was no pool but it accepted our Chihuahua for a fee which was very reasonable. It was great. Kelly at the front desk was very helpful. Everything worked for the breakfast waffles machine. Everything was clean !!! It was even decorated for Easter Bunny fun , very tastfully decorated. Is a complete 💯 percent smoke and all vape free zone !! Which we loved !!! We will be back !!!"

"Hot tub and pool were clean, so was our bed. The rest of the room was not so clean. Sticky finger prints everywhere and one of the curtains was broken, but still worked just had to pop it back in everytime we opened/closed it. Staff were all very nice and made sure we had everything we needed."

"Great location to everything Lubbock, easy in/out parking. Staff was super friendly & I love lobby coffee 24/7! Breakfast could use a little more frequent replenishing, including plates etc. Our room was dusty but could have been due to the high winds blowing red dust everywhere that weekend. Would definitely stay again :)"

"Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities. "
