The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jake. Only issue I had was the sink in the bathroom was clogged and there seemed to be a shortage of towels other than that I would definitely come back. Breakfast was always good and hot.

The staff was great and very helpful. The bed was not comfortable. the mattress was broken down. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the toile didn't flush when we first arrived. The pool was closed because it was bokern. Breakfast was ok. We also has someone next door lock their dog in the room and left at 6:00am which woke us up and it was stillbarking at 8:30am when we left fo the day.

Loved that there was a front desk person to check us in at 1am. Was not impressed that our bathroom sink was clogged, we were only given bath towels- no wash cloths, no hand towels or bath mat. Breakfast was decent.

Marlin at the Front desk was just excellent, very helpful and mannerly.Jake at the front desk and Ce the housekeeper was also helpful. The room was clean, very clean sheets and clean fluffy pillows. Overall my experience was not bad at all. I will be back. Just one suggestion, the hotel should have a section designated for persons bringing their animals like Days Inn by Wyndham does . You have people with allergies so you have to think about something like that

Front desk gentleman was the best part as he was very friendly, and attentive, and has great customer service. During the night the sign reads Best Windsor so drove around a few time thinking we were lost. The hallway carpets are stained, t.v in room didn’t work, a.c did not cool the room, dead cockroach on room floor, only 1 towel in bathroom, mini fridge was dirty, no coffee stocked …
