"Needs major updates / maintenance in rooms. Rusted tub, shower head completely loose from wall, dirty smell in room, a/c not cooling enough, some of the pillows were missing filling and smelled. Bar and restaurant have a nice setting and staff was nice."

"This was really nice, however, we got there at 6 PM and our room was not ready so there was a little bit of drama at the time. But we went to their restaurant and had a very nice dinner."

"Staff was difficult time find at the front desk when checking in. Waited for 15 minutes with two other groups. I had to search and knock on doors and finally found someone in the laundry room. Similarly hard to find front desk one evening while three groups waited. Pool was filthy, bird poop all over the patio, and near windows. Food spills, unkept areas with spill stains that needed to be mopped where small attention to details would change it. Elevator floor was stained with spills bottoms and door handles were sticky. Breakfast was typical but first day was not replenished but was corrected day two. We paid a lot more for this hotel for the brand and review but was disappointed in the service and cleanliness."

"The property was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating. The outdoor space was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit multiple times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. With plenty of space between the two houses, it never felt crowded. You won’t be disappointed—we will definitely be staying here again!"

"Good location for Broadway bars, not far from campus. We used the rental scooters to get around, super convenient. Great air conditioning in house, we stayed cool."
