"I was happy with my stay because I wasn’t there much. But lots of in and outs of hotel. Key card originally didn’t work and then same experience on day two. Pool was not opened and I assumed since it was “May” it would be ready. On Sunday I waited forever on fourth floor. Only one elevator was working. There are rooms for improvements for price being paid. I’m generous in my rating. Great location now I know my way around. "

"Overall the hotel was clean. The pillowtop bed was very comfortable, although i wish they would use sheets that were big enough to fit on to a pillow top mattress. The room was big and the kitchenette came in handy. This was Spring graduation weekend at Texas Tech, so the room prices were jacked up 300% everywhere in Lubbock. I get it, but it was worth $900 total for a 2 night stay. Waddayagonndo?"

"Front desk attendants were fantastic - Cassandra checked me in without issue and was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, even with a long line she remained professional. We had two TVs in our rooms - we were missing the remote for one tv and the remote for the other didn’t change channels or pull up the guide.
