"There were a couple things that could be improved on, but the cleanliness was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy and much better than most hotel mattresses. We would definitely stay here again especially for the price!!"
"Great home, very cozy. We did not use much in the home since we were barely in it but they had everything if we needed it! Only thing I would say is their cleaning crew needs to check entire home, as previous guests left bags of trash in garage since there was no dumpster, so it was starting to smell bad. But I am sure it will be corrected when city brings new ones. Other than that, will definitely think of them again when I return!"
"The management cancelled us 2 hours before my family arrived. This caused a hectic 2 hours of searching for a place. VRBO was sold out at this time as well as most properties due to the Tech Graduation. The manager said they double booked the property but that wasn’t known until 2 hours before check-in? There should be something in place with VRBO to make sure you can count on a prepaid property and that this doesn’t happen. "
"We would highly recommend this property! It was just perfect for our family gathering in Lubbock, to celebrate our son’s graduation from Texas Tech! The host thought of everything in the house, and added so much more than a normal VRBO rental! Beds were super comfortable and all photos are representative of this very nice and new house! Our family really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games. Thank you for a wonderful 5-star stay!"
