"During the stay the room was Okay. But while we were cleaning before check-out we noticed cockroaches on the room which was not a big deal but still concerning. The room was clean but there were some areas that were dirty and dusty when we checked-in. Overall for the price it was good enough to sleep and rest. The directions was a little confusing since the streets were not that narrow but once we arrived the staff was helpful and kind which made the experience feel better."

Everyone from Front Desk to Transportation to Housekeeping and Food staff were always smiling and showed great politeness. Stayed for 2 nights for my daughters 7th birthday. Once the hotel staff found out it was my daughter's birthday they sent a cake to our room. The room itself was clean, n'espresso coffee machine, large comfy beds. The buffett breakfasts at the Hyatt and Nobu were excellent, amazing food. Overall a fun experience, the centre could use a food court, some form quick easy food especially for hungry children!
