"This is a great condo in a great location. It has a nice lanai to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would have given the check in process 5 stars but we had a minor issue, even though it was 1:30am the owner responded immediately to my email. There was a series of events that led to the check in issue, so I don’t think that would be a normal situation. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fully furnished, well equipped condo."

"Stay away from this host, doesn't care about anything. We had no sheets, no towels, a lot of damage to property, no cutlery, dirty utensils, dirty pillows/ nasty. And last day he purposely didn't pay electricity and lied about it. I went to property management office, where they told me that if we have no power its only if he purposely didn't recharge his account. So we lost power around 4am, no AC, no h9t water, no lights. STAY AWAY!!!"

"I had a great stay at Breeze Residences! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed — air conditioning, a microwave, toilet, and shower all in good condition. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and Mall of Asia. The host was friendly and very willing to communicate, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay in Manila!"
