"I've stayed in Manila three times over the past year, and Holiday Inn was by far my best experience! I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff were patient, helpful, impeccably groomed, and always available. That level of hospitality meant a great deal to me, as it hasn't always been my experience in Metro Manila. The hotel was spacious, charming, clean, and well-maintained. Even the elevators were refreshingly fast! My room was gorgeous, with a great view, reliable AC, a proper desk and chair, an iron and ironing board, and even washcloths—amenities I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the shower's weak water flow was disappointing. I regularly ordered room service through the app, which actually worked beautifully and made customizing orders easy. Prices were reasonable, but the food was inconsistent. The fries were often broken or burnt, and the pizza toppings tasted artificial and undercooked. However, the Beef Bulalo and Beef Salpicao were flavorful, generously portioned, and well-prepared. I didn't get to try the pool, gym, or breakfast buffet. The location was excellent, with restaurants nearby and direct mall access for shopping and groceries. Despite a few shortcomings, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. The service was outstanding. Thank you!"
