Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive

"Second time around at the Riu Palace, great property as this time we reserved a swim up pool suite (so worth it) Cabo is great always, although prices have gone up, still a nice quick and easy getaway. We stayed for 4 days and with the hot muggy weather, being on the pool with swim up bars is the way to go and day can escape so easily but that’s what a vacation should be, no worries and enjoying with great company. Only ick we had was once pool closes, there is not much to in the property ( besides eat) We did catch a michael jackson impersonator show which was very cool. Overall great trip and would definitely do it again."

"This is a great place to bring your family. From the beginning the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Humberto was in charge of activities when we were there and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. I wish I remembered their name but one of the staff members also played chess with my son. The resort itself felt very safe to be in with gated entry and security. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely stunning. If you like the antique style for decor along with true privacy, this is the place for you. From the host being so hospitable to his referred VIP concierge to his property manager, this trip was absolutely no regrets. I regret I didn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to book again!"

"The place was very clean and it was easy to get out of a hold of the host. We had issues with the air-conditioning and they fixed it that same day. However, it is on the third floor and there’s no elevator so for people that are older it’s a little bit more of a hassle getting up and down the stairs. The parking lot was on the other side of the condo which was a little hike and quite a few stairs. The bedroom had no Internet for the TV."

"We met with Deny at check-in, which was smooth/easy, however, the house was extremely stuffy/hot which was uncomfortable at first. There are air conditioning units in all rooms, but it took almost a full day to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation so it felt like saunas in there. As for cleanliness, there was a huge dead cockroach in the hallway downstairs and a lot of ants in every single bathroom. The ants would be all over our things in the bathroom. In addition, there was a lizard in the master bathroom that we had to try and catch and take out ourselves. There are no screens on the bathroom windows which could be why a lizard entered (we didn’t have any windows open so likely there before check-in) and it was difficult to air out the heat in bathrooms as we didn’t want anything else coming in. The kitchen utensils and cookware needed to be cleaned a little more and the pool was quite dirty, but was cleaned on the second day of our stay. Aside from that, Casa Regina is as listed- a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, spacious and filled with many house supplies and amenities to use. The pool was fun to use- the water was very warm, likely due to the weather. It’s in a safe neighborhood with security at the front gate. Quick walk to beach, however, a hilly walk."

Before we even arrived, the property managers sent a personalized welcome letter that immediately made us feel like valued guests and built excitement for our stay.Nestled in a quiet, access-controlled community, the home offers complete privacy and peace of mind. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, both at the property and while exploring Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.Upon arrival, Shirley, the incredible concierge, welcomed us with homemade margaritas and fresh guacamole before giving us a personal tour. The magnificent handcrafted chandelier in the grand entryway immediately captures your attention and sets the tone for this spectacular home. Every room is beautifully appointed, and the panoramic views of both the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California are simply breathtaking.The pool, hot tub, and rooftop terrace with its stunning fire pit made every sunset unforgettable. Shirley also arranged an amazing poolside massage overlooking the ocean, an outstanding private chef dinner, and a sunset sail to the Arch. Whatever experience you envision, she makes it happen effortlessly.Hacienda De La Cruz is more than a luxury vacation home. It's an unforgettable experience with exceptional hospitality, world-class amenities, and memories that will last a lifetime. We are already planning our return."
