All necessary information was provided and easy to follow, someone was readily available if we had questions, and a lot of additional helpful information was provided about gettting around and local places. "Hotel had a boutique feel which I liked. The units had everything you could ask for (washer, dryer, kitchen, safe, nice bathroom a beautiful balcony). The staff were excellent and food was best we had in Cabo. Enjoyed the entertainment and location of hotel. Loved, loved, loved the beach. Kudos Hyatt!!"

"Casa Jeff is amazing! The views were incredible The whole community is very friendly. The bar staff, especially Andres and Damion were so friendly and helpful. We met many of the long term residents and also many other guests and had a great time. The internet was a bit finicky and we couldn’t get the Netflix to load (says its needs updating). Not a major problem when you have natures views to enjoy. We had everything we needed for cooking as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return again. Shawnee the Mexico connection and concierge for the building was very helpful and checked in a couple of times to make sure all was good. Thanks Jeff for sharing your amazing property. "
