Alpine Village Lake Edge Apartment A has everything you need for the perfect holiday in Queenstown.

Location - Situated in the Alpine Village hamlet within close proximity to Queenstown CBD, the airport, supermarkets and ski fields. Access the beautiful Frankton walking and cycle track from the property. A local’s favourite, this track takes you directly into town (approx. 3 km) or to the other side of Lake Wakatipu. There is a bus stop right outside the front gate, which stops every 15 minutes.

Lake Edge – Featuring an exclusive use outdoor entertaining area that opens onto the beautiful Lake Wakatipu waterfront. Features a outdoor lounge suite and Webber BBQ. Pour a glass of wine, sit back and relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Remarkables mountain range.

Luxury - New to the holiday market, the apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a private balcony with stunning views and a luxurious bathroom with a spa bath. The second bedroom has a king bed which can also be split into 2 single beds and a sofa bed for families. Take advantage of the self-contained kitchen, spacious open plan living and laundry facilities. Enjoy the modern and stylish interior and relax in the comfortable lounges.

Layout - The apartment is split-level. The open plan lounge / kitchen is on the lower ground level opening onto a large courtyard for unit A's exclusive use. The entrance & garage is on the upper ground level. Please note: A separate 1-bedroom apartment is also on this level. (If you have a large family, ask about renting both apartments). The master bedroom with private balcony and the second bedroom each with ensuite bathrooms are on the top level.

Great apartment

We had a great 6 night stay for our ski trip (2 adults & 2 kids). Plenty of room- big bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Lovely view with small stream/waterfall right next to the property and quick access to the Queenstown/Frankton walking track. Would stay again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was very clean and all as described. The location is great with beautiful views of The Remarkables and Lake, no road noise and the bus stops are just at the entrance to the property which is a great bonus. Communication with the host was great and everything was super simple. Would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous View, Neat Trail Steps Away

The view from the home is amazing. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. Internet worked flawlessly. Plenty of seating in living room for our family of four. Cooktop was the only thing that seemed a bit outdated, but it did the job. Melanie was an exceptionally kind host. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, great property manager

Property was immaculately presented on arrival. Was easy to get around and well equipped, even for my elderly parents (re the showers / stairs, walk up apartment driveway etc) Property manager was efficient and quick to answer any queries. Beautiful views and perfect location if like us you didn’t want to take car into town, bus stop right outside apartment block. If our only suggestion is to have a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom, Melanie and team are doing a great job I’d say! Thankyou for accommodating our stay +making my mums 77th birthday on 01.01.24 a memorable one!x

Late access information made us worry

The property was great, very clean, excellent showers, good beds and linen, nice views. The only down side was two difference check in times causing confusion, and I had to ask after the first check in time for the property access information. We were getting really worried that we were scammed....but it all worked out in the end :)

Lovely property on Lake front

A well maintained and beautiful apartment on the Lake Front. Spacious, lovely outdoor furniture (which we could not enjoy due to constant rain!). However, we were comfortable and enjoyed the apartment. Lovely beds, quiet place. The only disappointment was that the dryer didn’t work, and as it rained for the whole 4 days we were there, and we still went out on bike rides etc, we needed the dryer..
