"Nothing sort of what you'd expect from Fairmont. Stayed with a family of 5 - 3 kids and the attention to details is nothing short of amazing. Only downside is the price of parking but that's not the hotel fault, it's just Toronto as a whole."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Room was great, comfortable beds, clean and quiet! The staff was fantastic, particularly Rob at the front desk , Sabina, the hostess and Raul in the restaurant. Food was delicious! Well prepared and beautiful presentation by attentive staff. Thanks for a memorable experience!"

"We had a great time! They allowed us to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm without extra charge. The room was a deluxe room with 1 king bed on the second floor and it was great!! There’s a mini fridge with plenty of room to store beverages or food. The hotel’s food was good, good portions snd reasonably priced. Although the restaurant could use an upgrade in ambience (bare bones) We really enjoyed the swimming pool during the afternoon. All in all I would recommend to anyone that just wants to rest and relax, good value for the cost."
