"I’m really on the fence about this place. It’s a beautiful location but it has some faults that really impact it negatively. Rooms old/dirty, cable cars awful, terrible wait for the ferry, parking is a nightmare and prices are terrible. I understand it’s a resort and you will be paying resort prices but why is it necessary to wait in line for 30 minutes for a $8 cup of coffee. Nothing special about it either, should have been complimentary. Besides updating the rooms they really should work on training the staff. Most are cold and don’t care. Many times it seemed as if they were bothered to do their job. With the cost to stay at this location service should be top notch. The beach is nice but be prepared because getting back and forth will be a full day adventure. "
